After 10 years of starting our career our package would be atleast 30LPA at age around 30.
So for next 10 years you will be able to save a lot.
By the time you reach age 40, you'll be at a managerial level position. You can work if you wish otherwise you'll have enough money to start your own small business.
For tax benifits done under 80C you'll recover some of extra money + your PF money that got accumulated all these years.
If you have a side income then money from that also gets accumulated (i do stock market).
You can do land trading, invest in potentially good startups or open a good themed based restaurant near a big corporate location or near good universities.
That's what I think, could be wrong.

I too am curious. Haven't seen grey hairs at my office.. I always wondered where 40+ people are, especially women.
True, that lady had a boy cut. Definetly, she has guts.

Don't ask these type questions in the morning. Most of the IT people are sleeping now. So they might miss this post. 😅
By the way I am curious to know the response too.
Funny. But would really like to know ur thots too. What after 40?
As per my suggestion, after 15yrs try to settle in one company, also start working on some passive income source, that you can convert to your regular income incase you want to move from your regular jobs.
Mostly in IT industry, there are very less people who have more than 40-45+ age and doing job for others, either they start their own something or they invest in some different start-up.
So I would suggest, start saving some money for future and after 10-15yrs of experience, start creating your own something in parallel. Once you establish completely then leave your regular job and focus on your own business.
Follow your own interest and work towards it.
