Let the government also get benefit from this 😁.
I'm thinking how did they decided that the GST would be 18%, how did they choose the gst slab.😅
As per policy document if employee leaves within 1 year of this payout, employee needs to pay 22000 + GST.
This is because 22000 thousand is fringe benefit given to employee and company had to pay tax. Now as they recovers it it will be credit on their book and they will have to pay GST again.
I think same which credit card companies applies for recovery . Might be thought of same ...but I want to know is it legitimate?
Because as per the govt. rule all monetary benefits comes with tax and GST what company provides.

My LWD was in first week of April. So I just thought they might just calculate months and not the exact days. But anyways these calculations are useless now.

And for me they provided 1L JB +22k wfh allowance in first salary but my monthly salary is 1L so if I leave in probation period then how would I need to return because their recovery amount is greater than my monthly salary so how will they do the FNF in this scenario?
They will recover it from my FnF and won't provide me that month salary or would I need to send that amount ?
Kindly suggest
