Mastercard HR reached out to me saying there is an opening for Manager in Pune and the budget is 65 lpa + bonus.
Wanted to know how's hike and bonus in mastercard, and overall WLB, job security.
Also as this is 20% hike from the current fixed , is there room for an increase?

HR is not ready to share the exact budget they have (weird!! because HR usually give the idea of how much they can offer )
