Current Situation - due to bgv not completing as one of my company as per CTS is black listed so they changed my hiring from permanent to contractual role.
Please guide as I have no knowledge of contractual roles. 🙏

Since last 3 years mastercard laying off its employees just before increament discussion this tells something and there is no guarantee about it may stops in coming years.
Apart from it its great company from employees benefits perspective.
Would recommend not joining mastercard at the moment. There is lots of restructuring and layoffs happening.
I can tell you the mastercard is not filling all the position which has been vacant, most of the time position are created to hire contractors which will be filled immediately as soon as interviews are doing.

Given your yr of experience and package, you could check for Director level. There will be more scope for hike at that level.
Hike depends on company performance but mostly good in 2 digits , but can be low as 5.
You mostly get full bonus and more than that
