I have got an offer from IBM But I feel very uncertain about joining, with recent news of IBM layoffs and also that project isn't confirmed. I have hired thinking that they will be getting work in January.
Hence I haven't resigned, I am waiting for some better companies which are in process for me. IbM is now asking me to send resignation email. How to handle?
How to reject the offer without getting screwed. Pls help

How many matters is typical for one associate to handle (BL lit)? I know it is group-specific, but just trying to get a general idea. Partners handle deps/court but that is about it. Is this a normal case load to be responsible for as a jr? I being dramatic by thinking this is too much?

One suggestion, we had new team build 2 years back. All persons have left , only I am left with current project. even I resigned in Dec but got retained.
Now complete team left and I am only left in project as not getting much motivation to work on . Working as Project lead currently
