I have two job offers and need your advice. The first offer is from DWF for an Integration Developer role. The second offer is from ABCD Consulting, which is a fully remote position with better pay. The remote job is a support role.

Considering I have three years of experience and am at the beginning of my career, which option do you think is better for me: DWF or ABCD Consulting? Or should I keep looking for a better opportunity?

I am having an offer from a company for an senior software support profile with 15 fixed+1. My future aspirations are Devops. I have also received a counter from TCS for 12 CTC. Should I join on senior support role and then switch for Devops after preparation or should I stay back in TCS for some time and switch after preparation? In TCS my designation is system engi.
