So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. Senior Producer salary in London @ a large international agency?

Just got a freelance gig for $1250 for 2 shoot days, but they’re asking for hourly rate for prep days. Not sure what rate to give them & if I should base it on a 10 or 12 hr hourly rate.
