Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. Hi All, i am CA currently working with Deloitte USI i got an offer from Zscaler for SEC reporting team for senior analyst post for chandigarh at 17LPA fixed no bonus no stocks. My Promotion is due in deloitte in June 23 after promotion fixed plus bonus will surpass current offer of Zscaler. I doubt if i make a switch to industry it will be difficult for me to Join big 4 again
what should i do should i switch or stay at deloitte? please suggest
