Hey! I'm wondering what is your opinion on MBAs... I was promoted to consultant in December, and I'm a bit lost on what to do next. I would like to get to the management level in my company, but not senior manager, as I have no interest in sales. I would like to do an MBA, but the current market situation puts me off a bit. But the reality is, realistically, I would only join a school in 2 years (1 if I'm able to ace the gmats quick enough) and then only finish in 3-4 years from now...

Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD. I don’t think HR or government is for me anymore and looking to find something new, now 24 feel I have a lot of transferable skills and knowledge but worried about private companies in other professions taking me seriously. I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role. I know it will initially be a step back in comp but is it at all realistic for a person with certificate level experience in data analysis but a decent marketing management background to expect $150-200k comp or is that mostly for degreed candidates (or not realistic at all)? Gained knowledge of cyber security and planning to switch . Infosys currently agreeing to switch to IVS unit however not agreeing to any salary hike or Hybrid or WFH Model

On other hand has offer from Israel product based telecom company on Devops role with 60% salary hike and hybrid work policy(planning to switch domain to cyber security 1 year later)
