FAANG product manager or stay at MBB (EM about 9mo away from AP; 8YOE w/ MBA)?

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? I'm looking for recommendations for two areas: 1) in general laying the groundwork in a startup to have the tools and especially processes in place to scale, and 2) tactical focus on building a SaaS project. I've been promoted into a management role from Dev roots, so need to learn more PM processes to be an effective manager in day job, plus would like to start building my own SaaS solution.

Is it crazy to switch a job while undergoing IVF?
I’ve been in my current role for almost 4 years. While I am generally happy, & have flexibility with time off for personal matters, there are things that bother me. I have an offer for way more money, manager title (which I want), much larger bonus & IVF benefit is better. However, I’m in the middle of stims and it is STRESSFUL. Part of me can’t imagine taking on a new role while I’m in the middle of this. But also feel like I can’t pass it up

I have been offered a position at a non-US B4 with a 2 year path to partner. I know one of the partners at the local firm and have the support of the regional service line lead, and am bringing a specialized skill set they are trying to open a new business around. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot.
