Hey Londoners! Currently considering an offer at EY Parthenon at a Senior Executive level - does anyone have any salary insights they can share? Coming from Toronto I understand the ranges differ quite significantly

I have an offer to do some consulting for a company based out of the UK (I am in the US). The job would not go through a consulting company but would be directly with the company. I have not done any consulting before so I am not sure how it works, what I would need to set up (they mentioned that I would start a LLC and bill them directly, no idea how to do that), how to determine the tax implications of this, or what hourly rate I would expect. Can anyone offer advice?

Hey all! I went through the interviewing process with a company and we had a verbal agreement on X amount of salary per year. They liked me and extended an offer but the offer was for $15K less than what we agreed bc that’s what HR approved for. I was desperate so I took it. Accepting this offer meant that I had to relocate to the other side of the country. Omw that was 2500 miles, I received a call that they rescinded the offer. Is there anything legal that I can do to sue them?

How to ask a company for counter offer (means how to sentence it correctly)?

I do have multiple offers and want to match the maximum amount with the company that I want to join.
