So I applied for a job in Barclays and my two interviews are done.. first was with the onShore and second was competency interview.
My HR asked me to send my prior documents, I have forwarded and now I am waiting for her call to discuss salary.

Is there a chance and they can still reject me due my high salary?

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be.
