I just had the weirdest interview, including me mentioning that part of the reason I was willing to take a lower salary is because of on-call time and she said “Oh on-call time is required. My offer letter was released twice because of mismatch in experience by HR.

Analyst - level 11 at Accenture , they have revised their offer two times and final offer is:
Base/fixed salary - ₹17,00,000/- +
Joining bonus - ₹1,70,000/- +
21% performance bonus which makes it ₹20,00,000/-.

3-4 years down the line which company will add more value to me financially and otherwise.

Most of the time while applying for Data Analyst role too under the job description they mention mandatory skills as ML/AI.

I mean if one knows ML and has hands-on experience on it, won't he apply for the Data Scientist role!
