Hey this is related to a product based company. Why are companies not hiring 1+ year experienced people in software dev roles? But I had see many people transition to a product based company with 1-1.5+ experience. Nowadays I can't see any such job postings. If you people have answers please share. Also I saw that Product based companies payscale differs for IIT, VIT, NIT, vs Tier2/Tier3 colleges. Is this the same applies to experienced people too?
