Hey, what is it actually like to work for a company like McKinsey, BCG etc.? I only know people at the Big 4, and McKinsey people seem to get reached to a lot on Linkedin. Would love to know what the difference is in work, benefits/drawbacks, career progression etc.

I have a GED, (scored in the 98% percentile 😳🤷🏻‍♀️) and my college grades were 😳😳 nothing I would ever be pleased to share (went from straight As to Cs to Fs, then withdrew). I was honest about my dates of attendance and my lack of degree on my resume.
