In order of being popular in the market:
1. Networking (building real relationships, not just posting on LinkedIn)
2. Work experience
3. Certifications
4. Accreditations
Accreditations are like certs- they demonstrate that you a mastery of knowledge and that you put forth effort to go “above and beyond” however most recruiters and many hiring managers probably don’t understand what they are.

It absolutely helps but it definitely does not negate the need for experience.

I have the Process Automation Accredited Professional and literally no one has ever cared.

Side note: personally, I found it very useful; it’s basically 60 questions on flow

The Revenue Cloud AP is pretty good if it's relevant to you, as it requires the CPQ cert and 2 Billing superbadges to take.
I'm multi-certified with a consistent weekly flow of recruiters in my inbox. I can say the following with confidence.
1. The admin or advanced admin cert is going to be your most helpful across the board.
2. Certs mean shit if you have zero experience.
3. Branding yourself helps immensely. Connect with industry leaders on LinkedIn and join groups. Getting your face and talents out there is half the battle.
What good hiring managers are looking for is being able to apply your working knowledge to various use cases. Sadly, just getting cert after cert because someone is a great test taker won't get them very far.
I think people are overlooking the learning process for these certs as well. Even if you just do the related trailhead and take practice questions, you still get a framework for the particular product and use cases it applies to. This gives you more knowledge and ability to get the experience when the opportunity arises. I’ve personally found studying and obtaining the cert gives you the confidence to apply it or at least gives you confidence to say “I haven’t done it before but I am confident I can figure it out given an opportunity”.
Accreditations are going to help your firm more than yourself. That being said, you may be rewarded internally for earning them/get put on more projects.
