Any advice? I came to the US in 2018 and started in Public Accounting as a Bookkeeper / Jr Tax Analyst at a small firm but had good exposure. I was paid $16/hr. even with my Bachelors & Masters. 2 yrs later took a position as a Fund Acct. (I know, right). I did the change because of compensation and no OT.
