FX & Treasury Sales Job at a bank in India

I work at an US bank in a middle office role in India but I’m not liking it much because it’s process oriented. Now I’m getting an offer from an Indian based bank for the Treasury and FX sales role but I’m so confused about the job security and targets. My questions are below:

1) Will I be asked to work for 12 hours?
2) Will I be given targets and if I don’t meet it, will I be fired or something?

I have an interview for an IT business analyst position coming up… any tips? This is new territory for me, so any resources you can share would be appreciated!

Hi folks, I recently applied for a new role in EMEA for a Specialist Solutions Architect. Got through n received an offer letter. But seems like the base is a bit lower than what i saw online in a couple of places (not sure of years of experience there though). Is it worth it to bring it up and ask the HM to raise an exception? Signed a lease in Feb & got a great deal in a new rent stabilized apt (not sure how, but somehow stabilized in a newer building).

I’ve looked over my lease recently for something & noticed there’s a rider stating preferential rent is only for the term of the lease & then can be increased to the legal regulated rent. In 2019 I thought the law changed so that all renewals needed to be based off preferential rent & could only be raised with new tenants?

If same salary offered, would you go with with EY GPS or industry? I don’t know what are the benefits offered by EY but the industry company have very good benefits. I would like to have your insights to make a decision. Thanks family!

It's been 1 year at my current company. I've gone thru 3 managers, 2 directors & the recruitment team I'm on dwindle down from 20+ to 10. Recently, my manager was let go & 3 people are trying to do their job. I'm starting to get concerned as this manager had a good connection & communication with our team. Is it normal for a prospective employer to request an employment verification letter from a previous job back in 2015. They are wanting to verify the roles that I held at that company. I already provided them the W-2s. I reached out to the previous employer but haven’t heard back from them and I feel a little awkward pushing them to write me a letter. I also asked the prospective employer HR manager if I can speak to her over the phone and she replied that all correspondence must be over email.
