About 2 months ago, I moved from one state that I lived for 2 years, to the state that I used to live for 13 years. I went back to the job that I was happily working for 6 years. The 2 years that I spent away, I got a very similar job for a really big company in my industry (Food&Beverage).

At that job we used to get monthly bonuses two months in retropay. To give an example, we would get January’s bonuses at the end of March etc. (I’ll continue at the first comment)

I am currently working as a data Scientist with overall experience of 5.5 years and relevant experience of 3 years. My current CTC is in the range of 11-12lpa (including variable).
What should my CTC as per market standards considering I have a PG degree in AI-ML from an recognised college?

I'm interviewing for a Business Operations Specialist and when looking at salary ranges they are all over the place. Add in the changes a few months back and I now have NO idea where I should fall.

In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. I am finding that in most cases where I compare the voluntary benefits industry, I might be underpaid. What is an appropriate base salary for a position in which commission is replaced?
