I feel you t blessed if bonus was removed bcz they have some weird policy to return back bonus if left org before 24 months and also bonus will be credited after 6 months of joining

When company is resorting to such cheap tricks, you should understand it is not a good choice to join that company, dont get tempted of intial good offer they will give you no hikes for multiple years, we are already suffering
So mostly single digit hikes
If you accept, be ready for 19.5
Don't trust the HR, but considering it's June it's easier to pay higher after entering July..
