Hi guys, I am basically a PLSQL developer have below choices. 1) PLSqL offer from FIS 2) Data Engineer(Python+AWS) with Virtusa. 3) In my current organization I may get onsite opportunity to Japan. Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.
