Hidden norms of this company is that suppose you are working in project team of 100 people and among 100 people 10 people are manager and 10 people are senior manager and 5 people are Associate director. at the appraisal cycle they will compare position wise means all 10 people those who are manager their performance will be compare among each other and they will rate 2 person under performance issue even though that person have worked hard and performed well as per their Hr hidden norms this is considered for all the position and is not disclose with the candidate at the time of recruitment
I will suggest one thing did the recruitment Hr disclose all hidden norms of company with you
