Currently I m working in Cognizant from 2 years(Tot exp). I was trained in SAP BW & SAP HANA but they put me into support role where I m working as SAP BODS Admin, I have no interest in doing that work, now I want to move to HANA development as I m very much interested in it. I've been applying from past 10 months but getting nothing, kindly help me in referring or any opportunities around anyone please help me, I m very frustrated in doing this support work and now want to switch ASAP

Just completed my last shift in the ICU. I'm glad to be shifting back to the Maternatity ward. It was exhausting, and emotionally draining working with such sick patients. I know the work we did made a big difference, but I'm glad to go back to my favorite role!

I'm a 6th year attorney in NYC. My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience.
