Currently im working on cts having 1.8 years experience on etl production support. recently i have attended to one interview company name vodafone i have selected with 7 lpa in cts im getting 4.5. im confused to switch company or not im pretty new to the project in cts and i need to know this vodaphone they are mentioning like its vios(vodafone intelligent solutions). im not sure whether this is mnc or not. how was the job security. is it worthy to switch job.

I wanted to get people's opinions on leetcode, codewars etc when prepping for interviews. I am a junior full stack dev looking to move to a better paying junior role or a mid role and honestly these style of questions have always stumped me. I have found that in a year of work to have never found them useful in tackling real world issues. Now I'm moving from a junior to a mid can I still expect leetcode style questions?

I work mainly with react, TS, node, graphql, mongoose and mongoDB.

How many matters is typical for one associate to handle (BL lit)? I know it is group-specific, but just trying to get a general idea. I’m a 2nd year and I am the only associate staffed on about 30 cases-meaning I keep track of all deadlines, do all day to day assignments, keep on top of following up with client/OC, and all research/drafting. Partners handle deps/court but that is about it. Is this a normal case load to be responsible for as a jr? I being dramatic by thinking this is too much?

My ctc excluding employer pf is 12.58lpa. i invstd 96k in elss and 40k in lic. Along with this 48k epf and 2.4k as PFtax. HS rnt is 1.2LPA. I covered whole 80c but still 13k was deducted as tax this month. I am unmarried and don't want to take any medical insurance premiums. Any ideas how this 13k was came as Income tax?

Kids have a prepaid college plan for certain schools. Emergency fund is solid. Where should I look to start investing?
