In my case the HR discussion is still pending and i am asked to submit all documents related to BGV on their ionboard portal including the pre joining form?
I can see few email that bgv is initiated via third party company.. When can i expect the HR discussion ?? any idea

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company.
