I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

Hi I am through the technical interview for Oracle fusion middleware admin position, with 3.2 years experience. Had call with HR and she mentioned only 45% hike is possible that would be around 6.5 LPA. I am expecting around 8LPA. I got an offers from two companies in flat steel products for Pune location.
One company is startup company categories under dealer based on e-commerce
And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)

I have 10 years of experience. Mostly in Unix, C++ and Visual C++ and MS SQL. I developed interest in cloud computing as like many others and was able to clear AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solution Architect Associate and Professional, AWS Security. Along with these I was able to clear 8 Azure certifications as well: 3 fundamentals, Azure Security, Azure Developer, Azure DevOps and Azure Architect.
Now my main question, can I try to switch on Cloud Architect or some other similar cloud roles?
