Apply regardless, most organisations have very blurred lines for Program and Product management. There is a possibility that your profile will be considered as Program and Product manager do have some overlap. It is easier to communicate your situation by talking directly to the HR or hiring manager.

Once you get a call, you will have an opportunity to make a case about the combination of your product management learnings via the course and your practical experience. You would be able to communicate what value add you can offer.

Experience matters a lot. But focus on mainly product managers daily working duties

1. Learn about prd and frd documentation
2. You need to make wire frames for design for that we need to have knowledge on figma tool.
3. Market research and competitor analysis.
4. User stories.
5. Requirement gathering and product backlog.
6. Team meeting.
Last but not least have knowledge on the market trend and in which industry you are interested to apply as there are edtech, fintech, eCommerce, marketing, consultant etc.
And types of pm roles for entry level : APM, DPM, TPM etc.
