I’ve been getting really bad headaches when I am at my apartment. The super is nice but just not good. For an air quality test earlier this year, he can came in with a clipboard and said all is good. No test done. I know sure my headaches are bad here only. How do I deal with this? The pest control guy just came & just sprayed chemicals without care and moving things. I'm a software engineer, and I've been working remotely for my entire career. I love the flexibility and autonomy that remote work gives me, but there have definitely been times when it's been hard to feel like I'm on an even playing field with my colleagues in the office.

I am a visually impaired practitioner in South Africa, with 7 years of experience, and as soon as recruiters or business owners hear/read that I'm disabled, the conversation gets awkward and I never hear from them again.
