I’ve been getting really bad headaches when I am at my apartment. The super is nice but just not good. For an air quality test earlier this year, he can came in with a clipboard and said all is good. No test done. I know sure my headaches are bad here only. How do I deal with this? The pest control guy just came & just sprayed chemicals without care and moving things. Between this terrible headache and the pest control guy lack of any professionalism, I am not sure how to handle this.

As a person who lives in an old building that needs a lot of work- voicing your concerns via email (document document document!) is the best advice I can give. If the landlord is decent he will address your concerns. I would suggest doing you own air quality test to have proof that something needs to change. If all else fails please move you health is priority!

Have you tried getting an air filter? It has changed my life

Has it just been in cold weather? I get super bad sinus headaches when the heat is on, my humidifier has saved me.

Air filter or humidifier. My heater in my building makes me beyond dehydrated regardless of how much water I drink. The weather, obviously, isn’t helpful to this situation.

Today is my first day back at work (and first full day back in my physical office) after a few weeks off for parental leave. Needless to say, I am struggling to stay focused on anything other than wanting to go back home to my spouse and child.

I know I shouldn't take an emotional temperature on day one, but it has been more difficult being back than I anticipated. Any tips for navigating the waters for the first day/week/month back?

I am thinking I want to start closer to 8-10 months postpartum but have no idea what to expect with a third. Is anyone in a similar situation? Moms or Dads of two, do you ever look back and wish you had tried for three? Moms or Dads of three, how was the transition from two to three and how much did life change?

Hi all,

I just got a job with Delta airlines and I had an accomodation request to work remotely as I am Immunocompromised. I provided all the neccesary documents to back up my request and letters and documents from my Dr. aswell. My request was denied because the team said they wanted me to have face time and one on one interactions with people from other team (which defeats the purpose of my request) because I have to limit those interactions to reduce the risk of infection. What do I do?

At 29 weeks. What are the things to start doing now? Feeling a bit anxious about the closing D date. How can I be better prepared. Have already signed up for birthing classes in Sept and am doing prenatal exercises.

We’re having an Indian wedding on a Sunday with ceremony in the morning, followed by lunch, and then cocktail hour + reception.

Given that the wedding starts early, we will have guests (~30) flying in the day before. What is the expectation in terms of arranging dinner for them? We’re trying to avoid having an additional event Saturday night - any idea on if these guests would need to have food arranged for them by us and what that could look like on a cost effective budget.
