I am currently working as a full time contract(FTC) employee at some product based company... massive scale.. very good work here and work life balance is also good... while joining i was given a promise that if u do well.. they will convert you full time... its been 4 years and nothing yet.. when i talked to manager abt this.. they told me they dont have any say in this... when i am applying outside.. i get why no promotions? coz for FTC there are no reviews.. what to do guys? helpp

Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?
