I am working as a data Analyst since 2 years and I have worked mostly on the SQL server. But while checking for the opening i found out most of the job description ask for python as well . I tried to learn python but feels it hard when comes to execution. I have also done a power BI course.
Can anyone help me what is actually needed to secure a data Analyst job . I feel confused on how to get placed

Does anyone have an idea about what techno functional role actually is in HSBC? Is it more like a Business Analyst? My prior experience is completely in Technical side. 1.Interviewer didn't ask any technical questions. I had only one interview.
2. Evening itself I got call that i was selected and ready to discuss salary.
3. Last year it was under IT raid because of pro particular political party
