I attended 3 rounds of interviews for a senior analytics consultant role and it's been more than 10 days now.
The HR says the position is on hold and no feedback shared till now.

What could be the possible outcome?

Anyone has faced the same situation before?

Should I wait for it or should I move on?

Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay? Please share if you know anything about it.

My aso will mention to do stuff as he's walking out, says do this this and this and by the time I process what he said he's out the door then I miss something he's like I told you to do it.
