Im trying to look for another job but the market looks really bad. Currently making 155k a year and want to at least hit 185-200k. Any ideas where I can go? :( feeling stuck!

General corporate in NY looking to lateral into tech transactions at one of the EC/VC firms. I’ve heard that I may get a class cut if I make the move but I’m ok with that.
