My current salary in Oracle is 16.13 LPA and I get in hand approximately 1.02 lacs monthly.

3-5 years experience Marketing Manager
I feel like this is low — what are some comparable TC packages?

Is it possible that HCL technologies employees can work from any other HCL company office like HCL infosystem.
One of the recruiter told me that you can work from any of the nearest HCL office whether it is HCL technologies or Infosystem.

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? My last organization haven’t paid the FnF money to me and many others. I left the org in July 2021 but haven’t received even 30% of the amount. There are more than 20 ex employees who are facing the same issue. No one wants to get involved in a court case and thus there is no pressure on the org. They keep giving excuses of pandemic/resource crunch etc. They hadn’t paid the govt TDS for many years so now all the new revenue is going to pay that. Any suggestions on who to reach out?
