I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

What???? You had a offer letter in nov 2021 and you wanna join the company in 2023 with same offer letter? That vacancy has already been filled and that requirement is also over and your offer letter has become null as well as far as I can think

How can you think to join them after 1.5 year buddy. They won't allow . If you will see your offer letter and would read it carefully then you will get to know that there is mentioned Clearly that if you don't accept then it would be expire in 15 days.
