Now I want to switch from my current contractual job to a permanent IT industry with WLB. Could anyone guide me to get into an IT industry with a referral

How do you count years of experience? Lets say you were a web master for 5 years. Then you transitioned into a proper UX role and did that for 5 years. Is that 10 years of experience or 5?

I have an interview tomorrow at Walmart for product designer position. I received design challenge 24hrs before the interview time and just now, 12hrs before the interview, received an automated email saying “I am no longer under consideration”??? Idk if I should continue working on the challenge... wtf any advice?

I don't understand how they get value from You have never wanted to "tell someone off" AGREE or DISAGREE or Would you rather Make Art or Go out to a social setting There has to be some kind of Jedi mind tricks right. I mean who would say I have never in my life wanted to tell someone off. Are they looking for honesty? Any HR people who can tell us what the "grades" look like? Do they need you to be in a range so they can consider hiring?

Recently got an offer from PharmEasy for the Data Analyst role with a 30 % hike from current salary at Deloitte, where CTC is 8.1 LPA
But will have to pay in the training cost along with the joining bonus which comes up to 2.4 lac. Really confused what to do as I've been on bench for 3 months now with no learning opportunity and don't know what kind of projects I might get ahead and what about the wlb as compared to PharmEasy.

They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new.
