I am getting ready to do the entrance exam for Law School and will finish my MBA in December my question is what kind of work can I do at home?

Any input or advice on taking the SQE exam in the UK to become a UK qualified solicitor? How much to study or any recommended prep courses? How similar is it to the NY bar? Considering taking the July exam so any and all advice is very welcome!

I see for many people the designation has changed but for me it's not. I was under the impression that the promotion happens after the mid year discussion or after the year end discussion.
