Hi all, I have a question my previous employer updated the wrong LWD in EPFO due to which there is a overlap of 2 days with new company, this was not in noting till now and I am looking for job switch , In my relieving date is correct also I have submitted the joint application with employer to EPFO for the correction my previous company is ready to support me with any email or documents required if I face any problem due to this. WILL I GET REJECTED IN BV IN ANY BIG COMPANY DUE TO THIS ?

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later

Asked for promotion in late 2020 - was required to skill up, after skilling up, asked again about when I'll be promoted and was denied because there is no "vacancy" for it.
Got my annual hike in Oct 2021 without the promotion. I asked HR last week again and got a random announcement email saying my promotion is w.e.f Oct 2021. ( and no raise for the newly promoted role).
