I have attended interview on Feb 28. Last monday(may 2) I received CDF form and last Friday(may 6) I have submitted my documents and my salary expectation for HR interview but today I received an email from HR asking me to fill CDF 2. Can someone let me know when can I expect HR discussion/ offer letter generation. Please help me with the process or time frame for offer letter generation.

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc .
