Seeking advice: I am a young sales consultant and sales engineer working for a tech startup company. I have 6 years of sales experience. Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.

After my HR round today, Hr called up and said that will move forward with the offer but approvals with higher management might take some time as there is a hiring freeze.
Do you think offer will be released? And how much time these approvals take ?

She mentioned at the end that they are definitely going to offer as all feedbacks are positive.
