Cause I work in a lower level firm and I don't get calls

Being a self motivating person still feeling dejected it little demotivating.

Trying from all resources including Naukri ,LinkedIn,instahyre and many more ways includeind sending mail to the recruiters.
But not getting any desired role or company . Makes me feel disheartened,feels like will have to wait a very long to get something desired.

I received a verbal offer for a VP position at CCB line of business at JPMC in NYC two weeks ago. The recruiter asked for salary expectations but there was no number set. Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?
