I am curious how other inclusion teachers are being utilized when the school is doing remote learning. I find that I am sitting in the zoom class and have very little opportunity to contribute. I am having discussions with my teachers on ways that I can better support them and the students when remote.

Something has been bothering me for a long time and I want to get it off my chest.

My firm does upward feedback and I asked about 10 of my team to participate so that I could be a better supervisor for them. My results: I got mostly great feedback with constructive points, however along with it I received the meanest, most cold hearted criticism I’ve ever seen (con’t in comments).

How to decide between two offers when you are on H1B. What if I said no to other and my H1 transfer to the accepted position is rejected 😐.

Work a CTC of 30LPA, JL6, is it worth to go onsite like Canada or uk or Australia asking with a wife and kid?
What works be the onsite salary for JL6? Few posts i read days 42k, few other posts mention 110k..

Does EY gift goodies on joining /on birthdays?

I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?

2- Jio Infocom - 21 LPA[Fixed] but with lot of provisions in CTC - Will call to office [location : Mumbai]
