Currently working at Deloitte India (Hyderabad)
Current CTC: 13.6 LPA
Offer: 21 LPA (19 fixed + 2 variable)
Notice period: 90 days (accepted by Virtusa)

What are the chances of retention at Deloitte if I present this offer

I’m a second year BigLaw associate that pays market. I was offered the position at a modified salary and hourly expectation due to their expected work flow needs. I’m wondering what is the best way to approach the topic of getting on the full salary/hours. Do I wait until the bonuses are given at the end of my first year? Or bring it up at mid-year review? Please help me choose the company. The parameters I'm looking for are good work life balance and growth opportunities.

Spoke to a recruiter recently and she told me Accenture annual bonus is fixed to 1.5 times your base salary (pm) for every employee. Wondering what motivates Accenture folks to work after office hours.

Currently going through some negations on an internal role. I’m currently at 88k and they offered me 100k for a position that requires a lot more work. Do you guys think it’s easier to land a higher salary when applying externally rather than internally? Also this is for a territory sales management role. They stated 120k+ is extremely high for that role. What do you guys think? Playing the game?

I had HR discussion with TCS today. My current CTC is 20 lpa and I have an offer for 26.5 , expecting one from Genpact for 28.5. The TCS HR said they can provide 27 as CTC and I asked for 28 max. She said she'll check and get back in 2 days.
I don't want to miss the oppy with TCS. Will the HR come back or should I have accepted for 27??
