I have recently joined (6months) a US based company as VP of product (multi billion dollar company) . I have a very good record and 12 yoe in scaling startups and products. Over these months I have started to realise that this company is not product centric as much as it was projected. Moreover they are ready to promote someone with less than a year of product experience as head of a product vertical. I am feeling quite disappointed. What should I do

I have an offer from fidelity investments and Amadeus labs. Pay is almost same. Please suggest which is good in terms of learning, wlb, job security, growth.

If you are fresher, go for a WF Office setup. You will learn things beyond your work. In the initial phase of of your career, one needs to focus more on learning than on comfort. The interactions at office, meeting with collegues, conversations at the cafeteria, sense of responsibilty, the need to walk up on time to reach office etc will shape you for better.

Once you have a work experience of few year then any setup is fine. Go for WFH.

I'm looking to switch from criminal prosecution to in house. I have a 13 year background in healthcare and white collar fraud investigations. I'm looking to limit litigation (I've tried enough cases) and hopefully increase pay switching from government.

Recently, i was "promoted" or, I should say, my title was changed to the next ring up the ladder. As a part of this, I went from reporting to Senior Management, to Junior Management. The Jr. Manager has good intentions, but, is not helpful. I've worked at the company longer, have accomplished more across multiple lines of business and have a much stronger internal network. Am I overreacting thinking this is a major slight that will ultimately slow down my growth within the company?
