I have worked as a content writer for 5 years and as a digital media manager for 2 years. How much should I expect to be paid as a digital marketing manager? Please do reply. Your insights would help me a lot.

11 years in automation.
1. EPAM Anywhere - giving 25.2LPA (Fixed) and 80k joining bonus - as Sr Test Engineer.
2. HCL - giving 28.8 fixed and 3.2 as variable - as Test Manager

Curious what a big law lateral (4th year) signing bonus may be? If I get an offer, this will be my first big law job, so I have nothing to compare it to.

I received an offer for a role that is a lot more money than I thought but I still want to negotiate and see how much more money I can get. What can I say if the salary is already above average for the role in the market and city I live in?

Is it good to join TCS or should I wait for couple of more years, cause of there re-hire policy.
