Hi All, I joined Publicis Sapient in March and I was put on bench after joining. I gave my client round last week for which I was hired however, he did not select me. They are planning to schedule me for another client interview meanwhile I am also looking for opportunities outside.
If I will resign on bench while on probation how long notice period do you think they will ask me to serve. All the calls that l am getting are asking for early joining within 10-15 days. What should I tell them?

Those who do financial modeling at work: for case study in interviews, is it bad practice to submit a model based on a premade template, assuming that I understand all formulas and incorporate my own reasonable assumptions? Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. Hey Guys. Regarding the forced layoffs in PS. It’s high time we unite and hit them back. I’ll request all people who’ll receive the video connect email from PS to do one important thing. Use a a pen camera or a hidden camera(small) in your pocket before attending the call and record the call and events. These peoples should not be spared. Try to get some evidence and let’s expose to public media and other legal teams. You can do this anonymously thereby saving others from this crap.
