Hi All, I joined Publicis Sapient in March and I was put on bench after joining. I gave my client round last week for which I was hired however, he did not select me. They are planning to schedule me for another client interview meanwhile I am also looking for opportunities outside.
If I will resign on bench while on probation how long notice period do you think they will ask me to serve. All the calls that l am getting are asking for early joining within 10-15 days. What should I tell them?

What can you do if you’re getting interviewed by the same person who didn’t choose you in the first place?
Context: I applied for a position a while back and got interviewed, but didn’t go to the next round. I found the same position open again a month later at a different location and applied. Almost immediately, I was called for an interview, but with the same interviewer. What does this mean? Is this going to get awkward?

Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth. First day was yesterday. Had no communication about when or where to show up, sat in an empty office for about half an hour before a couple people finally showed. No phone call or email. Sent an email to the founder, no response. I could easily get my old job back if wanted.

I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.
