YOE- 7 years, DevOps Engineer

Deloitte: 22.8 LPA fixed - AWS devops, here idk what project/client I will work on. I just have 1 days before joining to negotiate with HR, do Deloitte re-negotiate on offer just 1 day prior joining date?

Digikey: 27 LPA fixed, I know what I'll be working on directly since it's a product company. Only thing, this is more on systems engineering side.

How do you set boundaries at work?

How do you all respond when someone you work with asks gives you unsolicited organization advice/ says something like “do you not keep a to do list?” Lol I keep like 5 and 95% of the time I am so on top of things it’s crazy! Have one bad day/ couple days amd boom… my SM is asking if I keep a list…
