Are there any good movies or novels that show skill development - like follow through? Self-management? Money management? I read a lot of self help books so I know a lot of the theory, and books peppered with examples help, but I feel like most 1 paragraph examples don’t five justice to how hard it may be to change a behavior.

Hello fishes, I joined IBM on 16th Aug 2021 as a Data Scientist and was offered 1L joining bonus. Will I have to pay back the joining bonus if I leave IBM on 16th Aug 2022 , i.e , after completing 1 year ?

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have Joining with CTS today at 10:30 AM and some documents required for Virtual Onboarding.

They need EA form and they said it is part of offer letter.

So I need to print entire offer letter and sign and send back to them please reply?

Joining CTS with 19Lpa as SA, will my manager or co workers know my CTC?
If a team has 2 SA, 1 with 8Lpa another with 19Lpa same work experience but lateral entry,
