I was having 1.4 YOE as Salesforce dev, I want to switch to react. I just made few side projects in front-end. I got a job as a react js developer, now the problem is I am not able to understand anything of the project, It's been 4 days since I have joined the company, my manager is constantly bombarding me with the tasks, and I am not even able to finish one. I am kind of self rejecting myself. I feel I need more hands-on in react.

What do I do, please suggest something.

Any review on certificate in product management 12 weeks online course by ISB, is it good add on after spending 1.5 lacs.

Current CTC 27 experience 10 years
Current company Wipro
Target is Pm role by next year, companies like MS or product based.
Can it help me transition into such companies.

Hi everyone. I’m a front end software engineer. I’m interviewing next week for a solutions engineer at a company I really like, which I mistakenly applied for as I saw they needed ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS. Upon reading the job description, it’s clear I will be doing a lot of sales and client consulting over actually coding. I know they have a FE SWE role open. How would you approach asking the recruiter if there are any SWE openings I could be considered for instead ?

It may seem obvious, but in my experience partners value trial experience over anything else, so get it however you can. For example, my firm will favor a former prosecutor who has seen the courtroom a lot but has no civil litigation experience (not even a depo) over a seasoned associate who has only second chaired cases with a partner but hasn’t tried a case. Even trying a case and losing gives you credibility at my firm because you still did it.
