Hello fellow Fishes I have an offer from persistent. Need some clarity on same. I want to know the grade system in persistent. What does 7.1 mean? Is 7.1 a right fit for an total experience of 10+ years? What is the appropriate CTC for an architect designation? I want to know if I am getting it as per experience.

In a lot of cases the store management may not have much of a choice, they naturally let seasonal workers go when the season ends. What you should is communicate your desire to stay. Don't assume that your manager (or managers) know you want a permanent position. Tell them you'd like to stay on. It sounds like you can make a good case for yourself, so make sure you put yourself in contention. Good luck!
Ask about cross training in another department such as hardlines, softlines, or the backroom. I used to work at Target.
Honestly, it sounds like you're doing everything you can. I would definitely let your manager know that you are interested in staying on, as sometimes they assume people don't necessarily want to. And you can even ask your manager if there are any ways you can make extra efforts to show your commitment to staying.

I will ask. Thank you for the great advice.

Sounds like you’re doing everything right—reliability and going above expectations definitely help. Staying proactive, showing flexibility, and letting your manager know you’d like to stay can make a difference.

I’d definitely express your desire to be kept full time. May not happen, but they’ll keep it in the back of their mind that you expressed interest and you’ll hopefully be at the top of the list if they have they opportunity to keep someone on
