Hi all, I would like some clarity. My date of joining at PwC is 27th August 2025, but my current employer is not agreeing to release me by 26th August. They are insisting I serve my notice period until 16th September, which causes almost a 16-day delay. In this situation, how does PwC generally handle such cases?

Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. with:
YoE 8 yrs
Tech - RPA Dev
Curr ctc - 9 lpa fix

Virtusa purposely gave me offer one night before LWD on the name of approvals and I didnt get time to revise other lower offers of
1. Wipro - 15 lpa (13.5 lac fix + 1.5 lac var)
2. TCS - 18 lpa (16.2 fix + 1.8 var)
3. UBS - 18 lpa fix (No var).. not considered due to support proj

I asked 22 fixed to Virtusa but they gave 20 without seeing my offers, did I make good choice overall?

I have an offer from HCL and TCS Noida and KPMG Pune. Offer from KPMG being a slightly higher package. Pune is far from my hometown and Noida is Close. They put a status call at 10 in the morning and expect to work throughout the day till 9PM with all the calls at night

If someone logs off at 8ish also. It is considered as early off. One the worst work life balance ever in UK supporting organisation.

There is no concept of 9 hours work schedule. I want to name few people but doing it

Couldn't attend this interview at PwC due to last minute technical difficulties. I requested HR to reschedule it. She said it's not possible this week and she'll try her best for the next week. I am really tensed, I don't want to throw away this opportunity. I was really looking forward for the interview. Would they really reschedule my interview?

Team i am working in Deloitte USI bangalore having 6.5yrs of exp in cybersecurity . Got an offer in Pwc ac Kolkata but in bangalore office . They are offering decent hike 48% and manager role . Seeing so many bad reviews a bit concerned now !! Should I go ahead or not ?
